Platforms launches Eccles project in New Cairo

The most recent real estate development company, Platforms Real Estate Development, has launched its latest project, in the heart of New Cairo, the "Eccles" project, which is located on an area of 4,360 square meters on the north side of The 90th Street and near the Road of Orouba and next to the administrative control building, the banking area and all major roads and the landmarks of New Cairo, with a total investment of up to 600 million pounds.

Tarek Bahaa, CEO of "Platforms", said: The company succeeded in a short period of not more than 10 months in the introduction of two new projects for the Egyptian real estate market, the first is The Bodhia Commercial Medical Management Tower in the administrative capital, which we succeeded in achieving a large sales rate of about 40% in just 9 months, and today we launch our latest projects "Eccles", an integrated medical management business, and the company's investments during 2022 are about 900 million Egyptian pounds.

Bahaa stressed that platforms did not come to the Egyptian real estate market to build some buildings or real estate, but they are mainly aimed at providing integrated urban communities to be implemented with the highest standards
