“Talaat Moustafa” begins construction work in the city of “Noor” .. The first green smart city in East Cairo – Egypt Today

In a race against time, Talaat Moustafa Group announced the start of its construction work in its second largest project in East Cairo, which is "Noor City", located in front of the New Administrative Capital. Noor City is a unique model for modern and future housing, due to Noor's advanced technologies that take into account the highest international standards in smart and sustainable city planning. Noor extends over an area of 5000 acres in east Cairo, which is the first hub of development in Egypt, embodying Noor’s future vision for the group. Over the past decades, Talaat Mostafa Group succeeded in creating a different urban pattern in the East Cairo region, following a series of studies conducted in the mid-nineties. Studies have confirmed that the urban expansion and the largest population growth will be to the east, which prompted the group to adopt a future strategic plan to expand eastward and build residential communities with integrated services and facilities.
