Atif Rahman-led new venture to deliver “forward integration” – Construction Week Online

Former Partner and Director at Danube Properties Atif Rahman has established ORO24 to “merge quality with convenience and is driven by AI embedded sophisticated infrastructure.”

ORO24, which is Rahman’s new venture, is aimed at five different verticals, including Affordable Housing, Premium Luxury, Business Parks, Hospitality and Co-habitation.

Speaking about the nature of ORO24, he shared with Construction Week: “What I have conclusively understood is that a backward integrated model is a total waste of resource and revenue. Globally, there are host of worldclass factories who are willing to provide best service and as a developer you don’t require such an infrastructure. Infact it exposes the company to unnecessary liabilities by adopting such a business model.”
