Foreign Ministry warns Jordanians in Russia in light of current developments

Ammon News - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said Saturday it has been in coordination with the Jordanian embassy in Moscow since Friday to check on the condition of Jordanians in Russia "in light of the current developments there".

The ministry's official spokesman Sinan Majali said that the Jordanian embassy, through its database, reached out to Jordanian citizens who are residing or are studying in Russia to inquire about their situation.

Majali called on Jordanians in Russia, in light of the recent events, to take precautions and heed instructions issued by the local authorities there, and contact their embassy around the clock for help on the mission's hotline number: 0079268469950, the ministry's Operations Center 00962795497777 or the e-mail ([email protected]).
