Bou Habibi follows up on developments with UNTSO’s Head of Mission, Swiss and Greek Ambassadors

NNA - Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Dr. Abdallah Bou Habib, on Tuesday welcomed the United Nationsrsquo; Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) Head of Mission, Major General Patrick Gauchat, with whom henbsp; discussed the scope of UNTSOrsquo;s work in Lebanon.

For his part, Minister Bou Habib lauded the success of UNTSOrsquo;s mission in Lebanon.nbsp;

Bou Habib separately discussed with Swiss Ambassador to Lebanon, Marion Wichelt, the renewal of UNIFILrsquo;s mandate in South Lebanon.nbsp;

Moreover, Wichelt handedBou Habib an invitation to partake in the Global Refugee Forum 2023, which will be held in Switzerland on December 13, 2023.nbsp;

Bou Habib then met with Greek Ambassador to Lebanon, Catherine Fountoulaki, with whom he discussed Greek developments in light of the new government formation. The pair also discussed Suha Beshararsquo;s prevention from entering Greek territories, as well as the most recent developments on the Lebanese scene.
