NNA - Major General, Abbas Ibrahim, on Tuesday welcomed at his Beirut office Belgian Ambassador to Lebanon, Koen Vervaeke, with whom he discussed the most recent developments in the region. 

The pair assessed the possibility of a war expansion as a result of said developments, especially in line with the rising level of tension along the Lebanese border with occupied Palestine.
