HM The Sultan sends written message to Algerian President

Algiers: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Abdelmadjid Tebboune of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, dealing with bilateral relations and means of boosting then.

The message was handed over by Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister when he was received by the Algerian President at the presidential palace in Algiers.

Sayyid Badr conveyed greetings and best wishes of His Majesty the Sultan to President Tebboune and the people of Algeria.

On his turn, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune expressed his heartfelt sentiments and best wishes to His Majesty the Sultan. He also wished the Omani people continuous development and growth.

During the meeting, the march of bilateral relations was reviewed. The joint keenness to enhance relations in all fields in a manner that services the interests of the two countries and their peoples was also emphasized.

Moreover, the meeting touched on regional and international developments.

The meeting was attended by Ahmed Attaf, Algeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad and Saif Nasser Al Bada’i, Ambassador of Oman to Algeria.
