Oman congratulates India on successful soft landing of Chandrayaan-3

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman's Foreign minister has congratulated the Republic of India for Chandrayaan-3's successful landing on the Moon.

“Congratulations to India on the successful soft landing on the Moon. A milestone in India's space journey. We look forward to new discoveries and scientific advancements”, His Excellency Badr Al Busaidi, Oman's Foreign Minister said on his account in “X” platform.

With the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the Moon, India has joined Russia, USA and China as the only countries to achieve this feat.

Earlier, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Administrator Bill Nelson on Wednesday congratulated India and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) on the successful soft landing of Chandrayaan-3.

He also hailed the India-US partnership on Artemis Accords which aims to establish a common vision via a practical set of principles, guidelines, and best practices.
