Al Busaidiyah expressed gratitude towards the Omani Women’s Association in Adam for embracing the initiative and providing the necessary support and resources. With guidance from specialists at the state’s Department of Social Development, individuals with disabilities were identified from various areas, and training programs were tailored to their needs.

The initiative initially focused on teaching simple manual skills such as crafting bracelets and woollen goods, overcoming challenges along the way. The positive outcomes were evident as participants successfully created handicrafts using beads, threads, and gypsum and even received training in utilizing an oil-pressing machine for sesame oil production.
