In the government sector, six executive programs, including public policy and strategic planning, have empowered 247 participants, enhancing their capabilities for future leadership roles.

The business sector, focusing on economic leadership and executive development, engaged 338 participants through insightful programs. Notably, the Academy collaborated with local companies, benefitting approximately 32.5% of participants. 176 members from the Council of Oman underwent an induction program, elevating their intellectual discourse through nine knowledge-sharing sessions.The local administration sector witnessed the implementation of The National Initiative for the Development of Local Governance, benefitting 44 participants across 11 governorates. Field visits and intellectual sessions enriched their understanding of governance, administrative, and economic decentralization.The Academy’s impact extends beyond its programs, with over 600 graduates contributing to Oman’s progress.
