Simultaneously, preparations are underway to establish a dedicated office in the Saay commercial district to oversee and supervise municipal services effectively.Concurrently, the SEZAD administration, represented by Tatweer Company, has undertaken an assessment of current service provisions in public benefit plans. This involves preparatory measures such as road development, corridor opening, debris removal along roadways, and installation of information signage to enhance accessibility and safety.Spanning 33 square kilometers across nine distinct plans, including the prominent Saay district, these public benefit plans encompass various industrial, commercial, and residential uses, reflecting the multifaceted development objectives of the SEZAD.With investment areas spanning industrial, commercial, tourism, logistics, real estate,
