RAM graduates third cohort of ‘ Leaders’ programme

MUSCAT: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) celebrated the graduation of the third cohort of the National Programme for Developing Leaders and Future Foresight, an initiative pivotal in preparing national leaders for the rapidly changing global landscape. The programme was designed in partnership with the Ministry of Finance (Offset) and the Eller Center at the University of Arizona.The programme, which aligns with Oman Vision 2040, focuses on developing critical leadership skills among thirty-two middle management officials from various sectors of the state’s administrative apparatus.This cohort's graduation marks another step forward in the Academy's commitment to fostering a future-ready leadership community within Oman, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and the Eller Center for Executive Education at the University of Arizona.
