Third edition of Build Your House Exhibition continues to provide inspiration, practical advice – The Peninsula

Doha: The second day of Build Your House (BYH) Exhibition 2022 welcomed a fantastic number of visitors, exhibitors, speakers, and saw the awarding of the winners of the Junior Interior Designer Competition. The three-day collaborative platform gathers leading industry experts, government entities, and Qatari nationals together at the Qatar National Convention Centre to stimulate the real estate and construction sectors in the country.

The expo provides attendees with an opportunity to find the right consultants to oversee their new home build or renovation project and a chance to browse and find the materials they need for their project. Visitors enjoyed exploring over 150 exhibitors and two international pavilions, featuring renowned brands from Türkiye and Portugal, and discovering intelligent home technology and renewables, architectural trends, and wide array of new materials.

BYH Exhibition 2022 continued to showcase its support to Qatar’s future designers with its Best Interior Design Competition held in collaboration with Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar (VCUarts Qatar). BYH Exhibition held a special presentation to award this year’s winners on stage. The three winners were: Jood Elbeshti in first place; Noor Abdulmalik as second runner up; and Laura AlFardan in third place. The winners received award certificates
