Cultivating an inclusive environment for women in MEP

In traditionally male-dominated industries, creating a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) is not only imperative for social progress but also for business success. Despite strides made in recent years, women remain significantly underrepresented in construction and MEP roles. To address this disparity and create more opportunities for women, companies must implement practical strategies aimed at cultivating a culture of ED&I within the sector. Government entities and industry stakeholders must collaborate to chart a comprehensive strategy aimed at mitigating gender disparities within the workforce.
