The project consists of Branded Residences Villas, Hotel Villas, and the Main hotel, with a total build-up area of 50,500 square metres, the company said in a press statement.

The construction contract was awarded AMAALA’s owner-developer Red Sea Global.

The contract and project values weren’t disclosed.
