Saudi Arabia’s Neom has unveiled its latest project: Jaumur.

Positioned on the picturesque coast of the Gulf of Aqaba, Jaumur will offer luxury residences, world-class amenities and a vibrant waterfront lifestyle.

The exclusive residential community, centred around a stunning marina, aims to accommodate more than 6,000 residents.

Jaumur: A coastal haven

The community has 500 marina apartments and 700 luxury villas, each offering waterfront access and private mooring.

Complementing the residential offerings are two destination hotels, providing 350 luxurious rooms and suites overlooking the Gulf.

The marina features a 1.5-kilometre aerofoil that offers year-round protection for yacht owners and a stunning entrance for the world’s largest superyachts.

This also serves as the nucleus of the marina promenade – positioned as a hub of entertainment, leisure, and cultural experiences, complemented by arts events, performance programmes, signature retail stores, and world-class dining options.

The development is home to a state-of-the-art deep-sea research centre, dedicated to marine exploration, knowledge, and conservation.

Additionally, Jaumur will feature an international boarding school.

The community joins an impressive lineup of sustainable tourism destinations within the Gulf of Aqaba, including Leyja, Epicon, Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, Elanan, Gidori and Treyam. Introducing Jaumur, Neom’s new luxury coastal haven
