NHC’s residential projects in Riyadh, Jeddah 90% sold out

Saudi Arabia - Maximiliano Development Management Services (MDMS), a leading player in the Saudi construction industry, has announced that more than 90% of the residential units at Ruwaa, a key development in capital Riyadh and Maylaa project in Jeddah, have been sold out.

The National Housing Company (NHC), the investment arm of the Ministry of Housing – Saudi Arabia, had launched Ruwaa and Maylaa projects with the aim to enhance its response to the increasing demand for housing in the kingdom, especially in the big cities.

Once completed, Ruwaa will offer more than 1,000 residential units spanning over 780,000 sq m area in Al Jawan suburb of Riyadh, while Maylaa will offer more than 800 residential units spanning 400,000 sq m area in the Khayala suburb of Jeddah.

MDMS Managing Director Enginer Marwa A. Murad said: "We are proud to have been chosen to create all the promotional material for Ruwaa Project in the Saudi capital including 3D videos and graphics."
