‎Retal launches its first projects in Jeddah

Governor of Jeddah, Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi inaugurated Sadayem Suburb in Jeddah, in which Retal Urban Development Co. will be one of the National Housing Co. (NHC) partners in providing housing units for the beneficiaries.

 This project is Retal’s first and latest project in the western region, according to the company statement.

NHC and Retal signed an agreement to develop housing units in North Obhur in Jeddah in Sadayem Suburb.

Sadayem Suburb includes more than 320 housing units, within the master plan, over an area of ​​more than 98,000 square meters.

Retal aims to develop civilized societies through Nesaj Town project, in order to enjoy the quality of modern life and real estate products that are compatible with the requirements of the Saudi family.

It is keen on rehabilitation of neighborhoods with the required services as well as providing public and private facilities.

Retal’s CEO, Abdullah Albraikan praised transferring the company's successful experiences to the Kingdom’s regions and developing housing projects commensurate with the aspirations of Jeddah society.
