TRSDC awards operations contract for hospital at The Red Sea Project – Construction Week Online

Saudi Arabia’s The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC), the developer behind the 28,000km2 The Red Sea Project, the world’s most ambitious regenerative tourism project, has awarded the operations contract for the Coastal Village Hospital.

Steward alf Global Healthcare Company, a joint venture between Alf Healthcare, the health care arm of Saudi-based Alfanar, developer and operator of large-scale PPP projects, and international healthcare provider Steward Health Care International, will work on the project.  

Located in The Red Sea Project’s Coastal Village area, Coastal Village Hospital will provide healthcare to the community of 14,000 people working in and around the 1.5 million square metres waterfront site.
