Al Hamra unveils $272.3mn Falcon Island in Ras Al Khaimah – Construction Week Online

Ras Al Khaimah-based Al Hamra has launched a freehold luxury villa project called Falcon Island within the Al Hamra Village residential community.

The island residential project has a development value of $272.3mn (AED1bn), and supports the developer’s future development plans for Al Hamra and Ras Al Khaimah.

Located within Al Hamra Village, the island community project provides views of the Arabian Gulf, the lagoon, the golf course, and the fully-serviced marina with the Hajar Mountains.
