DAMAC wraps superstructure works on 26-storey ZADA Tower – Construction Week Online
Dubai-based real estate developer DAMAC Properties has completed roof slab concrete works for ZADA Tower, a 26-storey development located in Business Bay, marking the overall completion of the superstructure works including the top roof and parapet.
According to DAMAC, the superstructure works were planned to be completed in March 2022, however, the developer completed them ahead of schedule in December 2021.
In October 2020, DAMAC awarded Trans Emirates Contracting, a contract worth $49.2mn (AED181mn) for the construction of ZADA Tower.
