Majid Al Futtaim begins handover for Phase 2 of Al Lilac project – MEP MiddleEast

Majid Al Futtaim Communities, which is a part of Majid Al Futtaim Properties, along with Sharjah Asset Management, has begun the handover for Phase 2 of Al Lilac, comprising 169 homes ranging from three-bedroom townhouses and courtyard villas to five-bedroom villas.

The handover of Phase 2 comes after the successful completion of Phase 1 of Al Lilac in March 2021 and follows the successful launch and handover of Al Jouri and Al Narjis.

Reinforcing Al Zahia’s position as one of Sharjah’s most sought-after destinations, Al Lilac will be the third neighbourhood to be fully occupied within Al Zahia.
