MEP works cross 23% completion milestone on Azizi’s Creek Views 1 project – MEP MiddleEast

UAE-headquartered private real estate developer Azizi Developments has revealed 23% completion of MEP works at its ongoing project Creek Views I – a well-connected residential development in Dubai Healthcare City – which is has crossed the 58% milestone in its overall construction.

The 19-storey development features 634 residences, comprising 396 studios, 218 one-bedroom, and 20 two-bedroom units, as well as 3,097m2 of premium retail space.

The development is scheduled to be handed over by the Q2 2021, with 100% of both its structure and blockwork already completed.

Internal plastering is currently at 99% completion, tiling works are 65% complete, HVAC works are 13% complete, and MEP works are 23% complete.

Overlooking Dubai Healthcare City, Creek Views I boasts panoramic views of the Dubai Creek and the Downtown Dubai skyline.
