Select Group Awards CSCEC Phase 1 Of Peninsula Project – MEP MiddleEast
UAE-based real estate developer Select Group has appointed China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) as the main contractor for Phase 1 of its waterfront Peninsula project, which is located in the heart of Business Bay.
The contract is worth approximately $171mn (AED629mn). CSCEC is expected to begin Phase 1 works on the waterfront project in January 2022.
Phase 1 of the Peninsula waterfront development comprises three separate residential developments, including high rise towers and low-rise waterfront residences, which blend into the first community-focused residential master development in Business Bay.
