Abu Dhabi grants AED 15.5bn housing packages in 2020

UAE - Mubasher: The total value of the housing packages granted in Abu Dhabi reached around AED 15.5 billion in 2020, according to the Abu Dhabi media office.





A total of 13,626 citizens have benefitted from these packages, which include housing loans and exemptions from housing loan repayments.





The value of the first package amounted to AED 5.5 billion, while the value of the second and the third reached AED2.78 billion and AED 7.2 billion, respectively.





It is noteworthy to mention that on Saturday, 28 November, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a residential stimulus package worth AED 7.2 billion for 6,100 citizens.
