Al Qandeel Contracting secures main works award for DAMAC Hills 2

Scope to include villa works at the master community’s Camelia cluster

Development progresses with recent addition of new world-class amenities for residents

Dubai, UAE: UAE-based Al Qandeel Contracting LLC has been awarded a contract of AED236 million, for main works at DAMAC’s master development, DAMAC Hills 2.

The scope of works will include construction of the main works package for 515 villas at the Camelia cluster, located within the 55 million sq. ft. master community.

Featuring 3-bedroom luxury townhouses, the cluster offers state of the art amenities and facilities in sports, rejuvenation, and entertainment. Each home features premium designs with private gardens offering residents a happy home, away from the city bustle.
