Cavendish Maxwell hires Pawel Banach and Jessica Price

Homegrown property consultancy Cavendish Maxwell has bolstered its partner ranks with Pawel Banach and Jessica Price. Appointed a partner, Pawel Banach brings over two decades of extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate to the firm. He has been installed as leader of the Commercial Valuation team across the UAE and Oman. Banach’s key experience includes working with owner, developers, governments and investors on various aspects of real estate, including consulting, valuation, and investments. He is a fellow member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS registered valuer. Banach joins Cavendish Maxwell from ValuStrat, where he led the firm’s Qatar office. He previously gained experience at other major players in the real estate consultancy space, including Knight Frank, JLL, Land Sterling, and Savills. He has been based in the Middle East for around a decade, after initially working in Europe. “I am thrilled to join Cavendish Maxwell and lead the Commercial Valuation team.
