DLD rated Waleed Al Zarooni a 5-star broker

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Real estate expert Walid Al Zarooni, Chairman of the "W Capital" real estate brokerage, was awarded a 5-star rating by the Dubai Land Department, which is the highest rating degree for brokers in 2022.

Waleed Al Zarooni obtained this important ranking, competing with more than 12,500 registered real estate brokers on the “Dubai REST” application for free real estate dealers with international professional standards.

The DLD rank real estate brokers on the basis of performance, experience, number and value of transactions, compliance with real estate laws and regulations, customer service, the structure of their offices, and corporate social responsibility.

The criteria on "Dubai REST", the smart platform for real estate services, include a ranking tools for the total number of transactions, in which Waleed Al Zarooni scored 25 points, while he scored 20 points in the total value of real estate sales.

The criteria also include the standard of customer happiness (12.76 points in Walid Al Zarooni’s evaluation) and the extent of the broker’s commitment to real estate laws and regulations (25 points), in addition to the experience, for which Al Zarooni scored 5 points.
