Dubai-based Danube’s new project Elitz set for completion in December 2025

The residential twin-tower Elitz by Danube in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village is expected to be completed in December 2025, real estate agents told Zawya Projects.

Tower one will have 36 floors, while tower two will have 39 floors.

The developer will provide a 40 percent payment option post-completion, the agents, who wished to remain anonymous, said.

In October, Danube had launched its 18th project Opalz in Dubai Science Park and awarded construction contracts for Skyz in Arjan and Pearlz in Al Furan.

The developer has delivered 13 of the 17 projects it has launched to date.
