Dubai launches 1st real estate investment programme in MENA

Dubai – Mubasher: OTI Real Estate, a company of Hebashi Holding Group, launched its new project “VIRTU” which is expected to make a real innovation within real estate investments worldwide.

The project was launched in collaboration with some strategic partners, including the Fadox Group and Gulf Realty at a press conference held yesterday at Dubai’s Al Habtoor Palace Hotel, according to a recent press release.

VIRTU is the first partial real estate investment project that allows investors worldwide to buy real estate in the operating countries: Georgia, the UAE, Egypt, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey through full, partial, or joint ownership, supported by concerned authorities and stock market exchange.

Real estate investors can browse the project files available on the platform and know all the details and potential returns that they will earn through these properties.
