Kieran Burley joins senior team of Cavendish Maxwell in Dubai

Homegrown real estate consultancy Cavendish Maxwell has appointed Kieran Burley as the new Head of its Commercial Agency practice.

Joining Cavendish Maxwell from counterpart Land Sterling, Kieran Burley brings over 17 years of experience in the UAE real estate market to his new role. He is based in Cavendish Maxwell’s Dubai office, one of its six offices in the Middle East.

In his new role, Burley will be responsible for overseeing and leading the commercial agency team, and the suite of offerings to clients, including strategic advisory, transaction support, and related research services.

Prior to working at Land Sterling, he spent over a dozen years at the builder side of the segment, serving Asteco Property Management and JBC Properties DMCC.

Burley’s expertise spans various sectors, including office spaces, retail properties, industrial warehouses, development plots and mixed-use developments.
