LiveWell with Nakheel launches its first wellness festival

Dubai: The inaugural LiveWell with Nakheel Wellness Festival is a continuation of Nakheel Community Management's commitment to 'building happiness and prosperity,' and aims to promote holistic wellbeing and provide an opportunity for citizens, residents and visitors to come together, interact and experience a range of health and wellbeing activities.

Livewell with Nakheel Wellness Festival is a celebration of all aspects of health and wellness, including fitness, nutrition, meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and self-improvement, all coming together on January 28th at Mohammed Bin Rashed City - District One, in collaboration with Co-curator of LiveWell with Nakheel, Irina Sharma.

Apart from inspiring citizens, residents and visitors to embrace holistic wellness as a way of life, the festival aims to increase awareness of Dubai's wellness offerings, build a strong base of wellness advocates, as well as bringing together people to interact and engage, a key part of all communities. The festival will include a half day of free programmes and wellbeing activities aimed at the entire family and like-minded individuals.

There will be, expert panel talks, demonstrations and workshops covering a wide range of activities for adults, young teens and children, ensuring that attendees are spoilt for choice. The event will include food and relaxation areas, as
