Omniyat breaks ground on ultra-luxury Palm Jumeirah residences

Omniyat, a leading luxury real estate developer, has broken ground on its new architectural masterpiece, Orla, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, which offers three iconic structures set across a 29,000-sq-m beachfront plot in Dubai.

Following an iconic launch viewed by over 500 million people worldwide, Omniyat once again lit up the skies of Dubai to celebrate the ground-breaking of its ambitious project, said a statement from the Dubai developer.

Three brilliant beams of light branded the skies above Palm Jumeirah, representing Orla’s three iconic structures, and its sistership with One at Palm Jumeirah and AVA at Palm Jumeirah in a trifecta of exclusive luxury, it stated.
