One&Only One Za’abeel Dubai has opened bookings for its luxury resort which is set to welcome guests from December 1, 2023. Located in One Za’abeel development by architects Nikken Sekkei, One Za’abeel’s dual skyscrapers are intersected by the world’s longest cantilever, The Link, situated a 100 metres above the street. With interiors designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, One&Only One Za’abeel will feature rooms, suites, and a Villa One penthouse. The property will house a unique collection of corner suites. Among the many suite categories are the Sanctuary Suites which include a massage table, meditation and stretching zone, exercise equipment and in-room spa treatments, while the Creative Suites feature acoustic panelling and AV technology.
