Phase III of Majid Al Futtaim’s Elan neighbourhood in Dubai sells out in 48 hours

Majid Al Futtaim has confirmed that 322 homes within the third phase of its Elan neighborhood at Tilal Al Ghaf in Dubai sold out in 48 hours.

Construction on the Elan neighbourhood began in July this year, with the residences expected to be ready for possession by December 2022.

Tilal Al Ghaf is located at the junction of Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street in Dubai, neighbouring the golf communities of Victory Heights and Jumeirah Golf Estates.

The first two phases of the gated community, comprising of 594 units, were all sold in seven days and represented a total sales value of Dhs900m.
