Provident Real Estate awarded exclusive rights to launch and sell Habtoor tower

Provident Real Estate has been awarded the exclusive rights to launch and sell Habtoor Tower. This property by the Al Habtoor Group will be the first freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road. At 81 stories high, the Habtoor Tower will have 1,701 housing units spread across 3.5 million square feet. The landmark project was announced by the master developer in May 2023. Al Habtoor Group said, the tower upon completion, will be one of the world’s in Dubai. Located in the heart of Al Habtoor City, the tower will stand tall with views of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Canal, Meydan, and the Arabian Gulf waters.
