RAK Properties begins construction of its new residential project in Hayat Island – Arabian Business
UAE real estate developer RAK Properties has begun construction of its latest residential project – Gateway Residences II – in Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The company, which is also a tourism infrastructure developer, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the project on Wednesday.
Offering a unique waterfront lifestyle, RAK’s new project is a cluster of low-rise residential complexes.
