Taraf awards enabling works contract for Palm Jumeirah project

UAE - Taraf, a key UAE property developer, has awarded the enabling works contract to Asasat Aldhafra APCC Building Contracting for its exquisite residential development, Luce, located along the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
