UAE Business: Azizi announces sale of Dubai premium residential units – Gulf Digital News

UAE-based Azizi Developments has launched the sale of units at its premium developments - Riviera Rêve III (within the fourth phase of its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront lifestyle community) and Park Avenue III, the third of its serene, well-connected mid-rise Park Avenue project in MBR City.

The sales launch was held at the developer’s Sales Gallery in Conrad Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, offering visitors the unique opportunity to snap up new units which were released throughout the day.

Riviera Rêve III comprises 24 ultra-luxury buildings with 5,061 homes featuring more than 2,600 studio apartments, as well as 1,579 one- and 876 two-bedroom units. The most exquisite of these will be the distinguished duplex penthouses, said Azizi in a statement.

Park Avenue comprises three buildings with 372 residential and 29 retail units. Each building has its own fully equipped gym and swimming pool.

According to Azizi, work is progressing swiftly, with the structures of Park Avenue I, II and III now all being 99% complete and the total workforce having been increased to 675 to further accelerate construction.
