UAE’s DAMAC awards AED 236m Contract for DAMAC Hills 2 Project

DAMAC Properties, UAE announced in a statement that it has awarded the contract for main works at DAMAC’s master development, DAMAC Hills 2.

The Contract has been awarded to Al Qandeel Contracting LLC, UAE. The value of the contract is AED236 million

The scope of works will include construction of the main works package for 515 villas at the Camelia cluster, located within the 55 million sq. ft. master community.

Featuring 3-bedroom luxury townhouses, the cluster offers state of the art amenities and facilities in sports, rejuvenation, and entertainment. Each home features premium designs with private gardens offering residents a happy home, away from the city bustle.
