Dubai, UAE: Unique Properties, one of Dubai’s leading real estate agencies, announces its strategic expansion in 2023 and beyond to celebrate 15 years of success in the UAE. Since its inception in 2008, the company has navigated two global crises in the forms of the Great Recession and COVID-19 without downsizing, restructuring, or laying off any employees; the company now enters a new era with the intent of maintaining the strong momentum it has gathered over the past decade and a half to continue its upward trajectory.

Upon being founded by Arash Jalili, Unique Properties has helped thousands of local and international clients secure the most lucrative investment opportunities by closely collaborating with leading UAE developers such as Emaar Properties, Dubai Holding, Meraas, Nakheel, Damac, Majid Al Futtaim, Select Group, Peninsula, Omniyat, and Aldar.
