With coronavirus cases surging throughout most of the U.S.--again--plans for reopening public spaces and getting life somewhat back to normal are once again up in the air. 

For brands, this may feel like the moment to stall or postpone the reopening campaigns, the messaging blasts, and the customer outreach you'd planned.
