It will reach various segments of society and raise public awareness about online shopping.Towards this end, the CPA will introduce electronic sales outlets, electronic providers, and e-consumers to the competencies related to e-shopping. It will also focus on enhancing consumers’ knowledge and legal awareness regarding the foundations and standards of safe online shopping, as well as familiarizing suppliers who own electronic stores with their obligations.To disseminate information and engage with the public, the campaign will include various activities, including the launch of ‘Consumer Rights and Provider Duties in the Light of E-Commerce’ booklet.
