Doha: To cater to the varying needs and expectations of customers in the Middle East, Nissan has furthered the implementation of its Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) to over 30 percent of its sales and service facilities in the region. Building on its commitment to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction, Nissan has worked alongside its partner network to offer tailored solutions to its customers in the Middle East.

The Nissan Retail Concept improves all aspects of customer experiences, including facility design, service processes and a digital-friendly environment. Part of the migrations at facilities include an expanded service reception, consultation areas and a dedicated Nissan Intelligent Mobility (NIM) display area, in addition to a themed storefront product display that envelops customers within Nissan’s modern craftsmanship and design direction as they enter a showroom.

Within the region, Wakra Genuine Parts store in Qatar managed by Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co., the exclusive agent for Nissan in Qatar, is among the latest to undergo renovations in line with Nissan’s globally consistent retail standards.
