Here are key dates for Luberef’s retail offering
Retail investors will start today, Dec. 14, subscription to 12.51 million of Saudi Aramco Base Oil Co. (Luberef) shares at SAR 99 each on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
The subscription period will extend for five days until Dec. 18.
Luberef offered 50.04 million ordinary shares, or 29.66% of capital, 25% of which was allocated for retail investors and the remaining 75% for institutions, Argaam earlier reported.
