Saudi Fransi Capital in its capacity as Lead Manager of Rasan Information Technology Company’s initial public offering (“IPO”), would like to remind investors that the retail subscription period of Rasan Information Technology Company, comprising of a maximum of 2,274,000 Shares, representing 10% of the total Offer Shares, will commence on Wednesday, 21/11/1445H (corresponding to 29/05/2024G) and end at 3 pm KSA time on Thursday, 22/11/1445H (corresponding to 30/05/2024G). Banque Saudi Fransi and Alrajhi Bank have been appointed as the receiving agents (the “Receiving Agents”) for the Individual Subscribers’ tranche.
