UAE Business: 2nd Mena’s 50 Best Restaurants awards set for January – Gulf Digital News

Following the launch of Mena’s 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, in Abu Dhabi earlier this year, the awards programme is set to return to the city for its second edition in January 2023.

The event will be held in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi).

Chefs, restaurateurs, media and gourmets will gather once again in the UAE capital to celebrate and showcase culinary talent from all over the region in a series of events that will be held from 27 January through to 1 February, with the gala awards ceremony itself taking place on Monday, 30 January.

The inaugural list of Mena’s 50 Best Restaurants, announced in February 2022, highlighted the diversity and richness of the region’s gastronomy, featuring restaurants from 14 cities, with Dubai’s independently owned 3 Fils taking the coveted title of The Best Restaurant in the Middle East & North Africa.
