Zbooni launches new online marketplace for UAE brands

Zbooni, has expanded its c-commerce (connected commerce) offerings with the launch of cShop Market for UAE businesses. The new online marketplace is its first chat-to-shop marketplace that brings businesses and customers together in a live, interactive shopping forum, showcasing highly rated local brands.

For the initial launch phase Zbooni has onboarded 50 local companies across a variety of categories, making it the perfect place to find curated gifts for Eid al Fitr. Over the next 12 months, the platform will scale up, drawing from its community of over 5,000 UAE-based Zbooni merchants, and look to welcome an estimated 2 million visitors.

Ramy Assaf, CEO and co-founder of Zbooni, pointed out, “What's different from our app is that we're helping these brands get in front of relevant audiences. It's also different in that it's not just for e-commerce. Because it's 'chat to shop' many services and brands that provide bespoke items can list and connect with new customers.”
