Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd ( NYSE:RCL ) Q4 2019 Earnings Call Feb 4, 2020 , 10:00 a.m. ET. [Operator Instructions] I would now like to introduce Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Jason Liberty.. Good morning, and thank you for joining us today for our fourth quarter earnings call.. I will follow up with a recap of our fourth quarter and full year results for 2019.. I will then provide an update on the current booking environment and then provide guidance for the full year and fourth quarter of 2020.. One important bright spot is that looking beyond the current outbreak we aren't seeing a big impact on overall bookings elsewhere.. To put things in context, China was expected to account for about 6% of our full year capacity and 4% of the capacity in the first quarter.. Our guest satisfaction scores are at an all-time high, and so are our employee engagement scores.. The first goal is to reach adjusted earnings per share of $20 per share by 2025.. Now the goal that we're announcing today is 10% greater and will be achieved five years earlier than the International Maritime Organization's goal.. Our fourth goal is to continue to raise those
