Bahrain Business: Alba and Egypt discuss upstream opportunities – Gulf Digital News

ALBA board of directors chairman Shaikh Daij bin Salman Al Khalifa met Egypt’s minister of public enterprises sector Dr Mahmood Esmat on the side-line of ARABAL Conference and discussed areas of potential interest with a major emphasis on upstream opportunities. During the meeting, which was attended by ARABAL chairman Mohamed Al Naqi and Holding Company for Metallurgical Industries the chairman Mohameed Al Saadawi, Shaikh Daij emphasised that vertical integration has been identified as one of Alba’s five-year strategic initiatives given its importance for the company’s continuity of its operations .
